    • 1906 Land Sales. The National Mortgage and Agency Co. report the following land sales during the past week: On Saturday last we offered Mr William Watt?s dairy farm opposite the Aparima factory, by auction, in the presence of a fair number of interested farmers. The bidding did not come up to the owner?s reserve, but we sold the home farm to Mr Charles Molloy of Gummies Bush immediately after the auction, leaving 115 acres, only from the dairy factory, still to dispose of (Otautau Standard and Wallace County Chronicle, Volume II, Issue 71, 11 September 1906, Page 5).
    • 1914 Wallace County Council. ? Chas. Molloy, Gummies Bush, asked for renewal of lease for fourteen years, over section 58, block 4, I.R.H. - Tenders to be called for the lease of the section (Otautau Standard and Wallace County Chronicle, Volume X, Issue 487, 22 September 1914, Page 4).

      Opposite Aparima dairy factory is a farm which I remember being occupied at one time by John Roberts and at another by Frank Stone, and is now held by Charles Molloy. On asking W. Molloy who had been the first occupant he said it was James Leader ? (page 130).
      Beside the road and river Aparima is an education reserve leased for a long time by C. Molloy (page 131).
